These are not possible. AutoDock only sends "hide" and "unhide" messages (iconify & uniconify) to AmiDock. So AutoDock uses a trick to make it work. Such features you listed have to be implemented in AmiDock itself by its authors.

I think I could add a button to a popup window to disable/enable "auto_hide" feature on the fly.
