MickJT-MPlayer is currently based on MPlayer 1.3.0 (w/ ffmpeg 3.0), merging code
from both LiveForIt-MPlayer and Andrea Palmatè's MPlayer ports, with small
additional changes.
The default settings in the config file will degrade the video quality to
decrease CPU usage.
