[Show content] [Show crashlogs] [Replace file] RunADF is tooltype program that make it easy to start classic ECS/OCS games from your AmigaOS4 workbench screen. Runadf will transform a double click on icon in to a command line that starts UAE, the .ADF files in the directory whit the same name are loaded as disk 1 in drive DF0, disk 2 in drive DF1, disk 3 in drive DF2 and disk 4 in drive DF3. Just remember first number in the name of ADF images are the disk number, so if you have game called "dune2-1.adf" then runadf will think it's disk 2, if you rename your adf from "dune2-1.adf" to "dune-II-1.adf" it will think its disk 1, if you have a ADF called "CoolSpot Disk 1of3.adf" then runadf will think it's disk 1. Runadf supports this tooltype: AGA, ECS, OCS and NTSC the AGA option will load "UAE:.uaerc_aga" config (A1200, 2 MB chipmem, kickstart 3.1) the ECS option will load "UAE:.uaerc_ecs" config (A500, 1 MB chipmem, kickstart 1.3) the OCS option will load "UAE:.uaerc_ocs" config (A500, 1 MB chipmem, kickstart 1.3) Installing RunADF: 1) copy RunADF to c: 2) copy def_adf to envarc:sys 3) make an assign in s:user-startup UAE: most be assigned to directory containing the uae program file and config files. 4) Then ADF file type most be defined in "deficons" prefs, check screenshot -- Changes -- Version 2.0 * Now supports wbstartup args. * Now loadeds disks whit number above 4 as single disk, to avoid problems whit CU Amiga disks. * Now adds disk-drives when needed (3 disk drives for 3 disks, 2 disk drives for 2 disks) * UAE Config files moved to uae:uae-config/ |
