This is a build of the _ssl.so python module missing
from the current version of python supplied with AmigaOS (4.1up2)

It intended as a temporary and unofficial fix only.

It's built from the publicly available python source with no modifications and
linked.
with the OS4 python public SDK

Requirements:

libopenssl

Installation:

Copy the file _ssl.so to python:Lib/lib-dynload/_ssl.so

DO NOT OVERWRITE if you are using a later version of python supplied is some
future
OS update / release.

Ensure that the shared objects from the libopenssl archive are installed in
SOBJS:
