You have to move the mouse diagonally for up and down!? Any ideas? The Textures are some kind of bleached, most of the Part of them is white.

The system always looks in sobjs: for files by default.

But a SOBjs drawer with files needed for the game should always be included. 
 
My best tip is for you to copy the SOBjs drawer from your SYS and copy that drawer to where you have the game. Good luck and Merry Christmas :-)
