In version 1.5 the configuration is saved to PROGDIR: instead of S: Just the readme states something else (it is in the changes though) :/

I think that the icon preview have to be clickable to test the icon like on the AmigaOS IconEditor...

If you have AmigaOS4.1 Update 1 you can directly install version 4.11. In another case install version 4.6 first.
