make sure your themes use a device name not a volume name for patterns...

eg.
SYS:prefs/presets/wood/patterns/wood.jpg

and not:
OS4:prefs/presets/wood/patterns/wood.jpg

Not everyone has their boot patition labeled OS4, but EVERYONE has SYS:

And please dpn't include font and workbench settings unless they're really
really needed... font sizes depend on the users screen resolution and eyesight,
workbench prefs contains things specific to the users setup, hidden drives etc.

Basically I like it, not some of your combinations though, I'll have to tweak
it.
