Yes, codenorth.ca seems to have dropped earlier programs and focus on their pocketirc program...who knows, maybe they have been sold? 
 
You can get netclipII 2.0.2.0 still at various download sites, e.g. [u][url=http://www.brothersoft.com/netclipii-download-104163.html]here[/url][/u] 
Use download server 3 or 4...
