When the results were to my liking I decided to release it here, as maybe other persons like to have those windows nicely stacked and tiled.
Released a snapshot to show it off.

Care to add a screenshot?

About your first request: I'll look into this immediately. (Taking a close look at former comments: I realise that I've said this before...)

About the second request: what woud you like to achieve with the program? Please make me some propositions. Tooltypes? Arguments? You name it.

The easy one: possibility to start from shell with the starting drawer as an argument (perfect for drawer context menu).
The not-so-easy-one: more than one "default theme" for arrangement.
