I think that is the same bug, which i found while port that commoditie: NextWindow just does not works while the amidock window are active. And by help of Gazelle i create a little &quot;workoraund&quot; for that (i.e. if the same window twice = bug = skip one more time).  Pretty possible that its the same bug about you say and for now that commoditie can be used.

You can cycle windows with FKey, I have LAlt-Tab set to &quot;Cycle windows backwards&quot; and LAmiga-Tab set to &quot;Cycle windows forward&quot;. 
 
However there's still a (reported) bug in AmiDock which makes cycling backward stop after one loop if it's set to &quot;always on top&quot; or makes cycling forward stop if it's set to &quot;always in background&quot;.

Imho (as i see) FKEY can only do close of window and swithing of screens, but not swithing beetwen windowses in loop.
