Jack and FlipClock could have such a tool to speak the time in every half an hour as well as every hour? THAT could prove to be useful, and with modern samples, as the ones DJNick was using :)

They are bad. 
We live not in 1990 but rather 2013 and this nice program would be good on NG Amigas
