Gravis Ultra Sound (GUS) patches for the use with OS4TiMidity or other programs,
which needs them.

*** UPDATE 1: Fixed incorrect path in one of the config files. /Spot
*** UPDATE 2: Added installer script, for easier use together with SDL_Mixer.
*** UPDATE 3: Fixed installer icon. It had the volumename of my DH0 instead of  
             SYS: Either download this update or change BUB: to SYS: in the     
            icon. Sorry.
