This is a replacement Navigation toolbar for those who cannot decide between
"ibtoolbar" and "ibtheme" found here at OS4 Depot. (It's a combination of the
two styles.)

A new transfer animation has also been added. Like the navigation toolbar, this
is a combination and merging of the work done by other people. I take no credit
for it.

Use at your own risk.

This was just a quick and dirty job. Anyone desiring to improve upon it is
encouraged to do so.
