This is a little script I wrote to address a shortcoming in the Alias command as
there was no way to tell Alias to insert a preset argument in the middle of the
input.

Example:
Alias Test ReArg Echo XYZ 3

Now typing "Test A B C D E" at the prompt will print:

A B C XYZ D E
