This is all good converting to iso, but what about the other way, converting
from iso. I have an iso file I'd like to use as a HD image. Too complicated?

Aaah... I looked up info on .toast images.
It could be added to iso-o-matic and diskimage.device very easily. =)

"Don't know much about Macs but my understanding is that toast images are just
standard isos. If you want burn them on a PC just rename the extension of the
image file to .iso and burn with iso burning app of your choice."

Info to myself and Salass00:

PowerISO (.daa) images:

winbin+source: http://aluigi.altervista.org/mytoolz/daa2iso.zip

xiso - xbx is an Xbox (EL) Image file.
source: http://sourceforge.net/projects/extract-xiso

gg2iso
Actually there is no utility for this, but it can be done as follows:
$ ls
image.gi
image1.gi
image2.gi
$ cat image1.gi image2.gi > image.iso

c2d2iso
.c2d is a Roxio's WinOnCD CD Image File.
There is no standalone Application like this, you must use KIso
(kiso.sourceforge.net) as it's the only open-source app that supports this image
format currently.
