I didn't realize that there's no def_preset.info icon in ENVARC:Sys/ so it
wasn't included in the archive. I added it to 1.1b
If you downloaded the 1.1 release already, simply copy the icon you already have
from my examples, e.g. paste this command in the Shell:
Copy SYS:Prefs/Presets/Themes/BlueNymph.info ENVARC:Sys/def_preset.info
