Coming around for it's third lap, I am happy to release
BarsnPipes for OS4. (Version 0.7.1)

BarsnPipes is a MIDI sequencer with some very creative
abilities. By dropping tools on to Pipelines, it is
easy to experiment without making permanent changes to
the recorded song.
