**    1.27 - When using SETLEVELS, the timer device was not initialized, which
means that all MicroDelay() calls
**           did nothing. This can affect several chips/cards, but perhaps not
all.
**         - For some people, the MicroDelay() calls for settings registers of
the Aureon Sky/Space cards were not
**           always large enough, causing sliders not to work or not correctly.
**         - Fixed some more multi-card issues again
**         - In the sequence of mute -> change volume -> unmute, unmute would
set the volume to what it was before mute.
