Es handelt sich um einen speziell für die Cherry "Xero" Maus entwickelten USB-
Treiber.
Die Werte, die für die Übermittlung eines korrekten input.device-Events nötig
sind, wurden hart codiert. Das Gleiche gilt für die Erkennung der Maus und das
Laden des XeroMouse-Treibers. Dieser Treiber unterstützt z.Z. nur VENDOR 0x0C45
PRODUCT 0x5303 !
Alle Features der Maus werden unterstützt. Das schließt das sog. "Tilt Wheel"
mit ein! Für Win**** braucht man einen Extra-Treiber, um dieses "Tilt Wheel" zu
aktivieren (seltsam...).
Das "Tilt Wheel" wird zu einem "Horizontal Wheel"-Event übersetzt, so daß alle
Programme, die ein horizontales Scrollrad unterstützen, damit funktioneren
sollten (NotePad z.B. unterstützt es).
Der Treiber benutzt Triple Buffering für USB I/O, um schnellstmögliche
Mausbewegungen zu garantieren. Um Rückmeldungen von Xero-Benutzern wird aus-
drücklich gebeten ;)
Neu: XeroMouse kann auch als Kickstart-Modul genutzt werden, so daß das
Early-Startup Menü mit der Xero-Maus bedient werden kann!

This is an USB driver specifically developed for the Cherry "Xero" corded mouse.
Its hard coded with the values it needs to send the correct input.device events.
Same goes for mouse recognition and driver loading. This driver supports yet
VENDOR 0x0C45 PRODUCT 0x5303 only!
All features of the Xero mouse are functional with this driver. This includes
the "tilt wheel"! For Win**** you will need an extra driver just to activate the
tilt function (strange...).
This tilt wheel is translated into horizontal scroll wheel events, so any
program aware to these events should work with it (e.g. NotePad does).
The driver does triple buffering for USB I/O to ensure fastest mouse movement
possible. Feedback from Cherry Xero users is much appreciated ;)
New: XeroMouse could be used as Kickstart module, so that you could use it
with the Early-Startup menu!
