Game

Just shoot at enemies and collect (P) to increase your score. Player bullets on
screen are reduced when player gets more points.
It can submit the highscore #1 (SUBMIT_HIGHSCORE tooltype) when quitting the
game (http://jabirulo.byethost13.com/hs/shooter15).
Keys (or use gamepad)

-Clean my messy AmigaOS4 code a bit.
-aos4, input, highscores, title: added SUBMIT_HIGHSCORE tooltype and code to
submit highscore #1 to when quitting game.
-Updated version string to 1.51 to diff with "original" 1.5[0].
-aos4.c: added WEBBROWSER tooltype.
NOTE: added #if[n]defs __amigaos4__ to all changes AFAIK.
