3d Movement
-----------
Cursors and A/Z for rotation
SHIFT Cursors to place the image
SHIFT A/Z for zoom

All keys are in the menu on the left of the screen. The following is just a
summary of the more important keys.

Terrain Steps:

1. Generate a terrain map (key 'm'). Toggles between two settings for island
numbers.

NOTE: SHIFT affects the keys, e.g. the key increases levels, SHIFT+key decreases
levels.

2. Set water depth and water shallow levels and set beach height

4. Cast it to 3D by pressing 'g'

5. When you are happy normalise it (pressing 'n') to remove the squareness of
the detail

6. Smooth it to blend the terrain (pressing 'v')

7. Note, 5/6 can be done multiple times, but too much smoothing has an adverse
affect.

8. Change the height of the land by pressing 'f' (flatter) or 'SHIFT f' (higher)
