 VideoClipper version 2.1 adds many features which make it easier to preview
 the full video, instead of one file at a time, and makes it easier to find
frame 
 accurate edit points in both forward and revers directions. Tracking changes
 and marking files which need to be cut now allows re-cutting only files which
 have changes, instead of forcing re-cutting of files which don't need to be
cut.
 The ability to preview all files, instead of one file at a time has been added.

 Support for MickjT MPlayer and the lates version of ffmpeg 4.0.2 has also
 been added. These changes make it much easier to edit videos. A full list
 of changes are listed below

VideoClipper is a program for cutting and optionally joining various format
video files while converting the files to a common format  During converson
several adjustments (Video Effercts) can be made to the individual files. These
effects include adjusting brightness, contrast, gamma. Additional effects
include
applying sharpness or blurring along with adjusting the speed (fast/slow motion)
and rotation. You can also add a subtitle and audio file to the joined video.
 
VideoClipper uses ffmpeg to cut/join, convert and apply effects to the video
files. In addition it uses mplayer to preview cuts and changes as 
well as view the results.  These programs can  be found at www.OS4Depot.net 
and must be installed for VideoClipper to work.

Version 2.1:
Removed support for MUIMPlayer. It only supports 1 sec time resolution. 
Added cut tracking so "Cut Only"/"Cut & Join" will only encode changed videos.
Can now "Preview" videos from currently selected to end of list.
Original video frame rate (FPS) is now displayed for selected title.
Added ability to set deinterlacing of individually selected video. 
Added support for MickjT MPlayer.
Added incrument and decrument Start/End Time by 1 frame buttons ('-'. '+').
Added ability to set the Start/End time step size of '+' & '-' buttons. 
With frame update enabled can now view in reverse one frame at a time.
Added set Mplayer to current Start Time and End Time controls.('<', '>').
Added .mts and .m2ts as recognized extension to the "Add" file requester.
Added support for MickjT MPlayer.
Modified to work with ffmpeg version 4.0.2. Recommended version.
Modified to use ffmpeg 2.x and up internal aac audio codec instead of libaac.
Added check to verify video files exist on project loading. Will warn if not.
Added support for video length and frame rate when loading older project files. 
Home & End Keys now move to start and end of video title list.
Page Up & Page Down keys page the list by the number of rows displayed. 
Changed DRAFT profiles to more usable settings.
Changed Save Project file requester to default to the loaded file.
Changed defaults for file requesters to start at Project drawer. 
Added warning if project has not been saved when quitting program. 
Added warning if priject has not been saved when loading a new project.  
Video player is now quit when an action causes a change in the selected title. 
Changed default OSD level to 2. Speeds up playback with some players.
Added Video Player buttons to jump to "Start/End Time" or "Previous/Next video.
	   
Removed screenshot from Mplayer controls to make room for new controls.
Optimised the join files routine.
'Cut Only" and 'Cut & Join' now disables frame update while cutting.
Added ability to add custom options to the video filter chain.
Added ability to add custom options to the audio filter chain. 
Backup project file created when action causes all files to be marked uncut.
Added warning requester before marking all files un-cut. Allows abort.
Changed 'Output File' path default to "Projects/VideoClipper_Output_file"
Changed so 'Clear' button sets 'Output File' path to the default.
Replace IDOS->CurrentDir with IDOS->SetCurrentDir to be compatable with new SDK.
Updated gadget hints and help. 
        
Bug Fixes:
Fixed issue with changing Output File name. Now files marked uncut
and cut filenames changed.
Fixed bug where fractional seconds were getting cut off for some video times.
Fixed bug where volumes named "Video:" would cause a crash
Fixed bug where moving a title up to top of list can trash memory.
Fixed bug where moving a title up or down would delete cut file.
Fixed bug where project not saved requester displayed when not necessary.
Fixed a bug with re-numbering. 
Fixed bug where file format was not saved properly after setting a profile.
