PhotoCD DataType is a picture datatype for displaying "Kodak Photo CD" images
under AmigaOS 4.0 or higher.

On a standard PhotoCD CD-ROM, images are stored in PHOTO_CD/IMAGES and named
IMG0001.PCD ... IMG9999.PCD.

AmigaOS 4.0 or higher running on PowerPC based computers.

* It can display the following images, according to the PHOTOCD_IMAGE_TYPE
environment variable:

  PHOTOCD_IMAGE_TYPE   Fixed Size
  ---------------------------------------
  1                    192 x 128 x 24-bit
  2                    384 x 256 x 24-bit
  3                    768 x 512 x 24-bit * default *

* AmigaGuide documentation

* Source code supplied

* Some Amiga meta data used (Author, Copyright, Annotation, Version)

* Some dubugging output enabled and sent to serial port
