      This a compile of a HP PCL3 printer driver example using the fixed source code.
Thanks to Detlef Wurkner for applying the fixes. This should help all those
needing a working HP printer driver for use with OS4. I knew I did when I bought
one!
It supports up to 600 DPI in both colour and black & white.
Changes in 53.3:
Clean up in job start and end codes.
Modified for specific PCL3GUI support for strict printers rejecting standard
PCL3 codes with a blank page.
Thanks to Achim for his assistance and encouraging me to update the driver to
PCL3GUI.
Changes in 53.2:
Job end was only being sent on raster graphics. Now sends job for both text and
raster printouts. Thanks again to Xenic for the report.
Changes in 53.1:
Updated Readme for with more info on compatible printers and printer settings.
Updated icons and install script. Driver icon is copied also now.
Updated version info in files.
Now sends "job end" command so printer is not left hanging for more data. Thanks
to Xenic who found the right codes to do this.
