Usage:
	dh2:vp [-fhlvz] [-s <seconds>] [-r [<width>][x<height>][()<depth>]]

	-f		--fullscreen	set fullscreen mode.
	-l		--loud		print file name to stdout.
	-h		--help		show help.
	-v		--version	show version.
	-z		--zoom		scale to fit when fullscreen.
	-s <seconds>	--sleep		seconds between image change in slideshow.
	-r <res>	--resolution	width, height, and depth.
