OdysseyLauncher2 (OL2 from now on) solves the problem of Odyssey being started
multiple times (which is takes ages, wastes memory & opens multiple windows)
when it's used with AmigaOS4's built-in URLopen system.

OL2 is a replacement for the OdysseyLauncher that comes with Odyssey. So it
still shows an Odyssey "splash window" while Odyssey is loading. But unlike the
original launcher, you can give it a website URL, and it will pass this to
Odyssey without it starting Odyssey again (if it is already running).

So once Prefs/URL is set-up correctly, you can click on a website link in an
email (or any other program), and not have to worry about whether Odyssey is
already running or not.
