This program retrieves local meterological data from the Internet, and saves it
in (regulary updating) env-vars to allow you to display it in the WB titlebar,
as an icon on Workbench, AmiDock or in the GUI.  It can show a forecast for up
to 24 hours ahead (where available), and is fully localisable.

* Added plugin support.
* Added hurricane categories (Saffir-Simpson scale).

  Large night-time icons can be appended with the moon phase 0-7 (eg. 0_n6),
  and mini icons mini/moon/<phase> can also be displayed.
* Added new icon set by Frank Ruthe (cha05e90).
* Wet will now pick the banner up from the theme dir if present.
* Fixed Ringhio notifications with non-English languages.
* Fixed issue with showers showing as "small hail" on Ringhio notifications.
* Fixed AUTORUNAREXX tooltype getting obliterated when saving configuration.
* Time on forecasts is now corrected to local time.

* Compiled without optimisations for OS4 - fixes crash under OS4.1u1.
* Added STARTUPDELAY to work around an AmiDock bug in OS4.1u1.
* Added notifications. (see tooltypes section in docs)
* TCP/IP code fixes to fix outstanding issues and potential issues.
* Tweaked the install slightly for new installs under OS4.1u1.

* Forecasts now work again!
* DST adjustment now uses timezone.library on OS4
