ffmpegGUI v3.3 -  a GUI front end for the OS4 compile of the ffmpeg program and
more.

The main change for ffmpegGUI v3.3 is the addition of support for LiveForIt's
version of MPlayer. 
It also includes some other minor changes and bug fixes.  See change list below
for full details


Introduction:

ffmpegGUI is a GUI for the ffmpeg program.
It supports some basic options via the GUI and allows the user to add additional
options via a command line string gadget. This approach allows
full use of ffmpeg's features directly from the GUI interface. Hopefully
this approach make the interface attractive to both the novice and power
user. It also allows for incremental development of the GUI.

ffmpeg is a command line  program which provides the abilty to decode and encode
a large variety of video, audio, and graphics formats while supporting the
changing of various parameters along the way. It also supports such things as
saving individual video frames as graphics files as well as the reverse.

Version 3.3
Added suppport for Liveforit's MPLayer.
Added 256k to audio bitrate selection.
Added 9000k to video bitrate selection.
VCD, SVCD, DVD setups in setup menu now use -target commmand.
Corrected 'ktadd' logo height in about requester.
Window now opens at center screen instead of under mouse.
Modified "Single_picture_audio-->Video+mp4.ffmp" setting so it creates seekable
videos.
Updated to comply with latest SDK. Replaced obsolete functions.
Fixed bug where AREXX port wasn't closed on exit.

Modified version checking to recognize ffmpeg v2.0 and greater including v2.1.4.
Added "Quit MPlayer" menu item to "Play File" menu. (useful with audio only)
Added 16:9 aspect size settings: 960x540, 640x360
Deleted obsolete size settings: 160x120, 224x176
Moved Start Offset (-ss) option back before input file. Faster that way.
Fixed bug in routine to idenity version of MPlayer.
