This is the Allegro games library SDK, to be used in order to port Allegro based
games to the Amiga.  It contains a number of header files and libraries that
will assist in porting games to OS4.  It can also be used to develop new games,
if you feel so inclined!

To install it, simply extract it to your SDK: assign.  You will find some
getting started documentation in:
