@OS4.1FE Maybe. Put the original libz.so.1 back from the OS4.1 Update 1 CD and see how it goes. You can also create a "SObjs" directory in the location of an executable, and it will use .so files from that directory.

If I start fc-cache for cleaning the cache I get a crash and it seems 1.2.11 is involved? Possible?

Sorry I spoke too soon, problems was caused by mismatch of header files and libs and having different libraries in SDK:clib then in SDK:local/clib and so on. Deleted every thing and reinstalled it and it worked.

I haven't had any problems at all. As long as you're using the right libz.a and zconf.h, all should be fine. I'll message you outside of OS4Depot.

There is problem with 1.2.8, better to use 1.2.7.
