Bindata

This program really IS stupidly simple. Feed it a filename and it converts the
raw binary contents of the file into a constant array in C source along with
it's length, to easily compile in tiny binary things into programs -- icons,
etc.

Update -- it works in Windows®, Solaris® SPARC, and AmigaOS 4.0 too.
