This is an update to the previous camdtools. A few of the older 
tools have been removed, and a few new ones are here as well.

All tools require CAMD.library to work. Some are Command Line 
only, some work from the workbench as well.

Each tool has a readme with more details, and each includes source.
ALL have been updated to eliminate Reaction macros and use more
modern variable types.

A quick breakdown of the tools

ShowKeys: A piano keyboard display, Updated to a full 88 Keys

MidiThru: Creates connections between CAMD clusters. Now allows
	event filtering, note transposition and channel rotation.

TSX: Transmit System Exclusive.
RSX: Receive System Exclusive

MidiWatch: shows MIDI traffic in text form. Now includes all
	MIDI message types.

MidiActive: Shows Note and Program change traffic in a graphic
	window format.

Pick_ins: Replaces ProChange. An instrument selector that
	supports industry standard instrument definition files (.ins)

CamdMixer: Allows watching and adjusting MIDI volume and balance.

ShowClusters: A shell command for listing or looking for a specific
	CAMD cluster by name.
