Improvements for AmigaOS4 port:

 * Used Irrlicht Engine with native AmigaOS4 backend (no SDL involved).
 * Added support for full-screen / window real-time switching.
 * Improved speed-wise: altered water-shader effect and animated meshes, which
allow to have ~60 FPS on x5000 instead of 10 (!).
 * Fixed a bunch of irrBullet collision and DSI bugs.
 * Replaced audio with OpenAL instead of Audiere.
 * Added new keys: F for switching between fullscreen/window, V for vsync.
