GLBoing.blanker 1.1 (7.10.2016) <rolsen>

- Updated the source to latest AOS4 coding standards.

- Compiled with gcc 5.3

- Added a couple of Pref Settings

- Fixed Speed Bug, that would make the Ball stop moving the second time
  it was showed.
