Just tried the new version and it's killing drag'n'drop in dopus5 when it polls the network.

The application makes use of the following speed units: - KB/s, kilobytes/second, 1 kilobyte = 1024 bytes - MB, megabytes, 1 MB = 1024 KB Sorry, the user documentation actually wrongly says 1 kilobyte = 1024 bits

@MickJT @Severin As written in the user documentation, the application makes use of the following speed units: - KB/s, kilobytes/second, 1 kilobyte = 1024 bits - MB, megabytes, 1 MB = 1024 KB This should be of help.

I think the confusion is between megabytes and megabits, with ISPs normally using the latter. 20mbit Cable/DSL would avoid the confusion, I think.

@Severin The application works well and as designed! The Connection rank field is calculated on the basis of the current Max download value, so 1604 KB/s approximately corresponds to / is ranked like a 2 MB Cable/DSL. Internet service providers claim teorethical speeds which are not always possible.

How are you working out the connection rate? It's coming out totally wrong here. It says: Max download (KB/s) 1604 Max upload (KB/s) 25 Connection rank: 2 MB Cable/DSL My connection is 20MB max, getting about 14.4MB 2MB would only give a max download of about 190KB/s.

Nice little app. All your apps always small, tiny, fast and cool. True hacking style :)
