Transfer

This is a transfer-tool which has two parts. 
a service and a customer.
service is only include for m68k.
customer for m68k and ppc-amigaos.

With this tools you can transfer files from/to nearly all 
Amigas with serial-port.

History:

Changes 11.00
- now uses an asinchron transfer with timeout
  results in less restarts.
- amigaos version 3.2 recognized
- receive_file now without problems on big devices
- much little corrections
- services must not longer be started before customer
- ReConnect of the customer possible after problems like timeout.
- CustomerOS2 now reloads destination dirs after transfer

Changes 10.02
- CustomerOS2 knows also a parameter for the device (like service, 
  default is the buildin)
- new ServiceOS4 for AmigaOS4.x.
- CustomerOS4 has now a asl-filebrowser for the customer-site to 
  choose the file. 
- in CustomerOS4 you can change the button-text to a little graphic. 
  (Tooltype, see readme's)
- some minor bugs are fixed.
