Which bit doesn't like executables? XAD or XFD? You can use xadList and xfdList to figure this out.

PS it's far better to send me emails than commenting here where I won't necessarily see it.

Oh, ok... I see... it doesn´t like executable files! I crunched executables and tried to decrunch them ;)

7z files will be using the 7z client, so that's irrelevant beyond the fact I wrote that too. :) Run xadLibInfo and check XFD is in the list: XFD | ---- | 13 | 1.2 | FILE,EXTERN,FREE(FI)

Then run xfdList and check it recognises the files you are trying to open: 01.mod.diskmag-reggae 418168 PowerPacker Data 02.mod.drammen3 433832 XPK Packed 03.mod.elskolen.kg5! 385340 PowerPacker Data 04.mod.karnandia_knew... 199852 PowerPacker Data 05.mod.misty thoughts 153824 PowerPacker Data [etc]

Chances are one component or the other isn't working.

It doesn't work for crunched files at all (tried Imploder4.0 and PP4.0) I use latest xfdmaster.library. Anything else I should do to make it work? Btw., .7z are unpacked without hassle...
