USBRecycle is a simple program to recycle the USB Stack without user
interaction.

It can be useful to solve an USB-related issue at boot time that seems frequent
on SAMxxx machines.

USBRecycle simply calls "USBCtrl RESTART FORCE" and simulates a [Return] key
event to acknowledge the USBCtrl restart requester.

Installation : 
	* Copy USBRecycle in your C drawer
	* Add "USBRecycle" at the end of your User-Startup
	* Reboot

Successfully tested on a SAM460cr

I agree, it's a ugly workaround by waiting that :
	-ACube fix their SAM4x0
		or
	-USBCtrl includes a quiet option
