I implemented OpenBSD's Arc4Random in my Reactive library
and it uses Random: for seed.

I have no plans on makeing a handler currently.

I would like to see this utility shaped like an AmigaDOS handler.
I am also curious about the algorithm used, perhaps its source code is available somehow?
