well, to be honest, this program came into being when I was fed up with manually (re-)position Drawer's windows in order to get them nicely aligned and properly positioned. When the results were to my liking I decided to release it here, as maybe other persons like to have those windows nicely stacked and tiled.
Released a snapshot to show it off.

I can't really picture how this will look like and what it is good for.

Care to add a screenshot?

Hm, I like this, really.

About your first request: I'll look into this immediately. (Taking a close look at former comments: I realise that I've said this before...)

About the second request: what woud you like to achieve with the program? Please make me some propositions. Tooltypes? Arguments? You name it.

Feature Request(s):
The easy one: possibility to start from shell with the starting drawer as an argument (perfect for drawer context menu).
The not-so-easy-one: more than one "default theme" for arrangement.

After unpacking i click on ProjectT window, and it starts, show me the main window (AlignWindows), and spawn in the debug log few errors (i have running MemGuard at backgorund, which can detect bugs which GR not detect). And there is log:

MEMGUARD HIT - "ProjecT" (65c5b570)
