That last comment was supposed to be mine

Daveyd: if the screen is not a public one or is unnamed it doesn't show it. I'll see why it happens with multiview

Gtmooya: i'll add the ESC handling as soon as posible.but it will take some weeks still.

Actually, no I think I was right the first time. Multiview is displaying a 24-bit image, so I think ssdr should be able to see it.

Ah, should've read the instructions: "greater than 8bit depth"

If I open a document with Multiview, and then select Window-> Use Separate Screen, ssdr doesn't seem to see this screen and doesn't show it.

@ami603

Thanks, works great now with AllKeys, thanks for the fix.

Love the way the thumbnails are 'live' so you can see what's going on. Handy to see progress indicators on other screens sometimes. As others have mentioned would be nice if 'Esc' could return to the screen you came from for when you just want to peak at other screens.

Thanks!

Nothing wrong with background animi.

I miss possibility to change background to user defined picture.

App is absolutely cool.

I second that. Every piece of software should have esc/cancel function. Also activate one of the thumbs if mouse pointer is on top of it already when activating it. Now I have to move the mouse first.

How cool's that! :-) It would be nice to have a toogle and/or quit functionality, i.e. "ESC" or another hit on "F12" (for example) closes the display.

Very nice! Definitely should be part of OS4.

@all: thanks for the kind words, greatly appreciated.

@gtmooya: any program that can launch it should work; if not, then there's something wrong in either my program or the calling tool.

Is it possible to use this with AllKeys? Had a go but doesn't seem to work.

Good stuff

And ss you ask for suggestions: then will be good to have ability to add key-combo via, lets say, tooltypes, by which you can switch beetwen screens (i.e. without using of mouse at all). And not hardcode combo, but giving to use a choice via tooltypes to set that one which he want.

Really nice simple utility! Great looking too, working well on Sam440flex 733MHz with Radeon 9250. As much as like multiple screens on AmigaOS, this styke of switching I missed from Linux and is a welcome addition. Thank you!
