Are you joking or what? Hex editing is an undocumented-but-required (!) part of the installation procedure?!???

Delete everything in dvplugins and copy over the decss.plugin then you need to hex edit it a little with something like FileX.
Search for 'Open DVD / VCD' just after that you'll see an 'S' replace it with a 'D' and save.
If you have run DVPlayer reboot and everything should be fine.

Andrea Palmate's plugin replaces the existing dvdvcd.plugin. When installing this version do you need to delete the original dvdvcd.plugin or just install it alongside it?
