Sources of php 4.3.0. Please use the AmigaOS4-SDK to compile.
Includes a handcrafted makefile named "Makefile.amigaos4". It is configured
to compile the interpreter for the commandline (in sapi/cli) and the cgi
binary for web-server (in sapi/cgi).

The makefiles needs to adapt to your paths.
